Privacy and analytics

SSC Digital is an SSC Assessments Ltd company. We collect only the information needed to operate this website, understand its overall use and respond when someone contacts us.

Anonymous website statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate information such as page views, popular pages, referring websites, general device types and website performance. We use this information only to understand and improve our websites. It is not used for advertising, behavioural profiling or tracking people across websites.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. You can still object to anonymous statistics at any time using Analytics settings.

Contact enquiries

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use it to answer your enquiry, provide requested support and keep an appropriate business record. We do not sell contact details or add people to marketing lists without a separate choice.

Our apps

RoadReady and JotIt have product-specific privacy information describing how information is handled within each app. Jot Recall remains in development; its storage and processing model will be documented and reviewed before release.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed for support, contractual, legal or legitimate business-record purposes. ChatGPT Sites hosts this website, Cloudflare provides anonymous website statistics and Resend delivers contact-form enquiries. These providers may process limited information on our behalf.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, restrict or object to certain uses, or raise a concern. Use our contact form. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
